Connection Gathering

Have you always been interested in horses? Looking to establish a deeper and more meaningful connection within yourself? Looking to work on being in the present moment? Join us for a 90 minute session all about awareness of oneself, surroundings, and connecting by partnering with horses. 

The first 45 min led by a yoga & mindfulness practitioner and second 45 min led by a equine professional and licensed coach. The yoga is social/emotional focused while exploring gentle movement that is accessible to all. You can stand, sit, or be on a yoga mat. Chairs are provided, participant brings their own yoga mat. 

The horses are kind, sweet, older, and patient. Familiar with being around people of all ages and abilities.
