Shut the Noise: a Horse Led Pause
Turn off your cell phone. Still your mind.
In a world that never stops talking, this class is an invitation to stop performing, fixing, improving, or figuring anything out. Just show up and be. We'll begin by walking quietly into the pasture and settling into stillness with the herd with no agenda, no expectations. Just breath, sensation, and presence.
Afterward, we’ll spend time grooming a horse, not as a task to accomplish, but as a way of gently connecting to another being.
No horse experience is needed. Nothing to prepare. Just come as you are, ready to be quiet and real for a while.
