Connection Workshop

Have you always loved horses? Looking to establish a deeper and more meaningful connection with horses? Want to reduce stress and anxiety before training sessions? Join us for a three part series all about awareness of oneself, surroundings, and connecting with horses. The first 45 min led by a yoga & mindfulness practitioner and second 45 min led by a equine professional. Horses will be provided!
