Wellness Workshop: Brain Training and Beyond

Come join us on the farm for a Neuro and Feldencrais workshop taught by the wonderful Leah Astrup. This event is designed to give you a taste on what the Z-Health based Neuro work aka. Brain training and Feldencrais work is all about. This workshop is not geared towards horse people and will not involve the horses. It is focused on how this work can help you within your everyday life. This will give you some tools to help manage  stress and anxiety, along with improving focus to help your daily work routine. You get to experience it for yourself!
